Urban Planting

Bernhard’s were commissioned by Shepherd construction to install the landscaping works at Rugby leisure Centre, involving the planting of avenue trees to the main car park and surrounding planting beds.

The car park trees were excavated and backfilled with urban tree soil and surfaced with resin bound gravel overlying a stone layer. An inner steel ring was built into the resin gravel to allow for expansion in the girth of the tree.
