Case Study

DIRFT Maintenance

Following the successful implementation of the £0.5 million soft landscaping scheme at the Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal in 1997 we were retained by the land management agents to continue with the grounds maintenance works.

The grounds consist of circa 16 hectares of woodland planting, 2 hectares of ornamental shrub planting and 5 hectares of grass areas.

In addition we adopted responsibility for the fortnightly sweeping  and litter picking of the estate roads and adjacent footpaths. Almost twenty years later, and despite a number of changes in the management agents, we remain entrusted with the grounds maintenance contract.
